I am planning on picking one of these two up from a local reefer who is no longer using them, but I cannot decide which to get, he is asking basically the same price for both. I do like that the AI would come with an arm to mount on a tank, while the Kessil would have to be hung. My tanks are all 12" tanks, i keep about 10" of water in them, I only keep zoas, they are all pretty much 6-8" down into the water. (i basically just have zoa mounds haha)
Any recommendations for/against either one? Just assume I need a light to keep zoas happy in a 18"x18" area.
p.s. i have tried comparing youtube videos of either, but havent found any direct comparisons of the two. The kessil is more wattage, but from the BRS videos, and par tests, it seems the AI has better par readings at 6"?
