AI Prime 16 HD : chip not working anymore

Hey, so i think i get caught, i ve buy a second hand AI Prime 16HD the other day. Everything worked fine for... 1 week.
Then suddenly it began to mess with wifi, i'd come back home and see the LED working at 100% with a deep smell of burnt plastic.
I reseted once, then it eventually worked again for some hours. Came back from works, and it was back at 100%, fans not working, tried to reset it again and now not even the light of the wifi is working. It stays as on the picture with 100% lights on, no fan, no wifi.
Of course the seller refuse to give me my money back.

Do someone has an idea of a DIY i can do to at least continue to use my light or an idea on how to fix it?
I just feel like i get stole of $100 lol. Never buying a second hand never again.

At 100% and no fan chances are good the diodes will soon burn or fade out.

Well you have $100 in parts.. There are things one can do with a working led board.

@_AV fixes and has vids about them.

Maybe a few shots of your unit disassembled will give hints to what's broke..
