AI Prime 16 HD "Hyperdrive"

Hello! I've recently purchased a AI Prime 16 HD unit. I want to use the patterns suggested by the BRS channel (White about 19%, Red and Green 4%, Blue and Royal Blue 80%, UV and Violet 119%). I setted it up using the bluetooth conecction and the app. The problem is that when I exit the screen where the app shows the graphic of the channels and then come back, the app automactly changes the UV and Violet channels to 100%. It seems that the called "hyperdrive" effect is not working in my unit.

Am I not doing something that I should? I search the app a lot and couldn't find anything to solve this problem. I sent an e-mail to Aqua Illumination support today and I'm waiting for their answer, but I decided to ask here to see if somebody can help.

Anyway, is not a big deal, even with the UV and Violet channels on 100% my corals are doing great, and I liked a lot the lights, but I'm curious about the problem I mentioned above.

Are you saving it? After you enter the settings you click the star and save it. I have that file if you want me to send it to you?

Yes, I'm saving the file. I made a lot of tests, and one thing that happens is that, I make the set up as BRS suggests, and I save it. But when I go back and reload the same file, the app changes the channels that are above 100%, even I saving it whit UV and Violet at 119%.

After you adjsut your wanted channels in the easy setup are you pushing the "check" mark when you are done? This saves and applies the settings and schedule you set.

Yes, I'm doing that. I press the "check" mark, and the app show me the configurations, with the UV and Violet channels settings on 119%. I save the file. But as soon as I leave the screen and come back later, the settings are in 100% and no longer in 119%. And, if I load the saved file, it brings me the UV and Violet channel on 100% too. The other channels, that are below 100%, remain the same.

Have you updatedthe software with the current update? May want to call AI about this, not an issue I have had with mine.

The Aquaillumination support team answered my e-mail. They told me that they are aware of the problem and they're working to solve it, and as soon as they have a solution it will be available through a firmware atualization.
