AI Prime 16 HD Schedule Issues

Trying to add a schedule from AIs list.

When i go to the site, and click the one i want, it downloads but doesn't give me an option to add it to the app.

I went to their website and reread the instructions and still can't figure it out.

When i load up the app, the light is only local, is that the issue?

When i load it up on the website, it doesn't even show my light - Light is only showing on the App

Well its Bluetooth only for starters. So you must be in range for that! Outside of that I watched the step by step on how to upload the files as well and had trouble. So I set yp the brs reccomended setting and dialed back the white. It's simple to set up, if you're not dead set on one of AIs presets. I'm a bit smooth brained when it comes to the tech side

On your schedule page on the app tap the star for presets it may be there from what I remember.

The Schedule page only has ones you have uploaded, no presets.

Which operating system are you on (iOS, Android, etc.)? On iOS, you have to download using Safari. Once you've downloaded it, you have to go into "Downloads" (to get to downloads, tap the arrow in the address bar if you just downloaded it, or tap the "Aa" icon in the address bar if you went to other pages after downloading - it'll bring up a menu where you can click "downloads."). In downloads, tap the schedule file and then tap the "share" icon in the top right. The AI app should be one of the options you can choose. If you tap that then go into the AI app, you'll be able to see the schedule and set it.

Your Prime 16HD won't show up on the AI website, even if you log in to your account. It's bluetooth, not wifi. So you have to be within close proximity and using the connected app to make changes.

1. Go to https://www.aquaillumination.com/lightsciences/signature-series (Please make sure you are using Safari for your web browser)

2. Once you have found the schedule you would like to use, select the "Download Settings" under the graph and select download

3. You will notice a blue circle with a downward arrow inside to indicate the schedule has downloaded. Select the file name of the downloaded schedule. You will notice the following screen with the code to the schedule. In the top right corner select the box with the up arrow in the top right corner.

4. You will need to open it with the myAI application. You may need to select the "More" option to redirect you to your app. list to open the file with the myAI application.

5. To implement your new schedule, go to the Lighting tab in the myAI app, and select the Star icon then "Select Preset"
