AI Prime 16 HD Settings for a tank start-up

I have had my 40 gallon cube running for 2 months now. I have been running it lights off to help with the "ugly phase"...
I will be receiving my AI Prime light tomorrow and need assistance in knowing what % to set each color at (I plan to have soft corals as well as fish), and how to go about using the acclimation mode.
Currently my tank is running fallow since I had a clown fish die a week ago. I have been told by my LFS that I can add my cuc as well as corals that need Photosynthetic corals.

A 20 cube

 

[Spare time]

I like to max out the UV, Violet, Blue, and Royal blue, then add green and white to my visual pleasure, and but little to no red.

Make sure you feed the corals since you won't have any fish.
