Hi! I just got an AI Prime and have heard good things about the AB+ schedule. Can someone direct me to the location to download this? And explain how to upload it?

Feel free to suggest a different schedule as well.

I was actually directed to an AI Facebook group where people post lots of different schedules that you can download straight to your phone

+1 there's a couple AI FB groups where you can download all kind of files.

Agree with other people here...that’s where I get mine. They have a files section in the page I use and that’s where I get them.
