AI Prime 16HD AB+ settings/wattage

I am running a waterbox 20 gallon cube, and I have been considering changind my prime setting to the AB+ settings. I can find the ratios in several places, but I really have no idea what percentages to put each level on, or what my overall wattage should be. I am keeping mainly LPS and Zoanthids. Maybe an SPS or tow at some point, but mainly LPS.

Can someone help me with this?

I mean, aside from getting a par meter, there has to be someone that can recommend a watt range for a specific depth tank.
And I am sure it is out there, I just can’t seem to find it
