Ai prime 16hd frustrations

Hey everyone. I’ve had this light about 6 months. Works great. However can’t connect it to my profile on ai website. Also I’m trying to download the saxby. It downloads to my iPhone but can’t do anything with it. Come on why is this so hard. How on iPhone can I get the saxby to go to my light???

Hello. I had same problem- I do not think tou can download and install on iPhone (at lease I couldn’t figure it out lol)

I had to log in one a desktop- download settings and add the lighting profile from the computer.

to get the light to connect I believe you have to hold the button until the ai symbols on the light blinks- then the app should be able to find it. You have to connect to it thru your wife/blue tooth then in the AI app.

You can go to the downloaded file >> hold down the file until a list of options shows up >> click on share and select myAI app

After you download say the saxby too right corner of the screen is the down load. Click it

You will get this code. Now click top right again

This will come up. Find the ai app click it. And it’s done !
