Ai prime 16hd help

I did an experiment a few weeks ago I put led plant grow lights on some zoas in a frag tank abs they were open abs happy. Then my ai prime came in. I switched abs they have been closed since. I’ve have tried all kinds of settings. It’s just a 5g tank. Very small. Anyone have some setting they can help me with for the light being somewhat close to the corals? Am I going to have to run at 15 percent I don’t know. My acropora is out out of 5 zoa frags only 1 ha stayed out the whole time

Switching is already a stress factor for the corals, doing it multiple times isn't going to help. I would just look at the par values of others (should be easy to find on here) and borrow or rent a par meter. Get that in the same ballpark and leave it alone.

I have a 10g with the prime 16HD. This BRS video was very helpful with determining par values for different tank sizes, power settings, and light mounting heights. Hope it helps!
