AI Prime 16HD mount: can it be adjusted?

I'm getting an AI Prime 16 for my 29gal Aqueon tank. This tank used to have a Kessil A160 with a mount bracket which has a huge range of height adjustment. I can go very low and very high above the water. Looking at both the flexible and 90degree brackets on the AI I don't really see that possibility though. Am I wrong here? FYI I want the light to be at least 10" above water.

You have a bit of adjustment available with the flexible AI mount.

I run the 12" flex and it works well.
I have 2 of the metal ones and will only buy the flex in the future.
