AI prime 16HD reef help with settling plz

So I just purchased this light for my 5 gallon nano and I have all zoes with a frogspawn and a toadstool was wondering what height I should have it off of the water and what setting should I be running for best growth and colors thank you

I had my prime 16hd about 10 inches above the water on my fluval 5g. This is the program I use that another reefer here made. Only change I made is to delete the moonlight phase so the tank goes completely dark at night. Good luck!

And that is exactly what I have and I appreciate the attachment but I definitely do not understand the way it is laid out lol would you happen to have a picture of the settings?

Are you having trouble loading the program? I found it to be a little tricky... this program is particularly complicated so rebuilding yourself in myAI would be pretty tedious. The program looks like this
