Hello everyone, I’m new to saltwater aquariums.
I just started a 10 gallon mixed reef aquarium and currently have a jack-o-lantern Leptoseris frag and two Black Photon Clowns.
I read a ton of good reviews and heard nothing but good things about the AI Prime 16HD light, so I went ahead and bought one.
I am currently running the David Saxby setting I downloaded and it seems to be working great.
However, I am wondering about the moonlight setting, if you can run it overnight and what strength would be most suitable for my tank. Also, if there are any other colours that could be mixed in and would not negatively affect my tank environment. I would like to be able to view my fish and coral at all times of the day.
And if anyone has or is running the lunar effect setting, how well it works and how it affects the light settings.
