AI Prime 16HD Settings

Hi all, I just bought 2 AI Primes for a 40 Gallon Breeder and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for settings. I'm not setting up and putting in water for a couple days but I wanted to do some research beforehand. Thanks.
