AI prime 26 Lighting recommendations?

Hello there I just had a quick question on what is best for my 32 bio cube reef ! When I first added my Rose bulb anemone it did awesome and split 5 times. I put the two smaller anemones in my dads 55gal system and the remaining three in my bio cube just haven't seem to be thriving anymore, they still come out during the day but they are not as full and the tentacles are a lot shorter than they used to be. I will attach images of the system and corals currently in the system. The lights are currently on a 90 degree bracket about 13" above the water. I will also attach the current schedule and output of each LED.

Do you have a way to measure par? Might be that they're not getting enough or even too much light.

My Local fish store rents one out but someone broke it ..... of course haha
