AI Prime 3 blues stay on! Help

I purchased some used equipment to get started again as an “entire setup”. It came with 2 sets of lights, 3 dsuny black boxes and an AI prime (non HD, from what I gather). I was playing with the AI Prime and downloaded the app, updated firmware and all the fun updates but three blue LEDs don’t power off. I tried turning the light completely off and also looked at the percentage for each also, which were all set to zero. The three light just stay on regardless. I saw this posted on another forum but no one answered other than resetting the light. I tried that also. Any ideas? Or is this a broken light thrown in, the seller may have used it for his fuge.

I'm definitely no expert in the lighting area, but my guess would be that perhaps this is the child and the other light is the parent? I would also make sure that there's nothing on under the extra options. I just picked two up this morning, also used, and so far they are awesome!!

It is the only light setup currently. I do have it set as a parent. I was really looking forward to using it.

Few suggestions
Call AI and have them remove that light from whatever person it is was associated with.
Check your lunar cycle tab and make sure that is off.

Nothing good yet. Did a hard reset again. Lunar lights are off. I have been unable to contact AI. Here are my settings on the light and the 3 blues are still on.
