Hi All - need help with my Ai Prime HD. The 3 blue led light stay on at 100% all day and night. I can't get them to go off.
All effects are off and even when you turn the all lights off on the app, all other lights turn off, but the blues still stay on.
Already reset the light to factory settings, and set it up again. No luck, same result. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
