ai prime fuge light schedules

Just picked up an ai prime fuge, what percent do you guys run yours at? Im planning on a light cycle opposite the tanks but Im just not sure if chaeto can get burned running the light at 100 or not

Since no one responded, heres mine after a couple months. Chaeto grows well but so does this weird film algae covering it
