AI Prime Fuge Registration

Good morning, I just received my new AI Prime 16HD Fuge light, with an initial disappointment! Hooked it up, downloaded app, tried to turn it on and app instructs me to register. I signed up and waited for a confirmation that has never come. I tried with two different emails, nothing. It looks like I can turn it on directly but not have the options without access to the app.
Has anyone had issues with this and found a solution?
