Ai prime hd 16 not working :(

My ai prime just stopped working. I tired to rest it but won't let me. I tried disconnecting it and holding for 10sec but nothing happens. It would turn green for a few seconds then start flashing red and finally just turns off. Can some please help me

I would reach out to AI support team and address the issue you’re having. The turnaround time is pretty fast and if it’s faulty they may even just replace you with a new one.

On your myai app, lower left hand corner of the welcome menu is a chat icon. You can use that to report your issue.
