Hello, I need some help. My MYAI app no longer connects to my light or pump. I have tried all troubleshooting steps and more, and am at a loss for what to do now.

I assume you tried reset button and then unplug
Try removing it from your account and reinstalling it
If no avail, reach out to ecotech support

I did to all three. waiting on support

You could try downloading Mobius and see if it runs through that app while you wait a tech response.
