Ai Prime HD Flashing Red

Hey guys, first post here. I have an Ai Prime HD that I’ve had on my 10 gallon Nuvo for a little over a year now. Last night it turned white and the indicator LED on top was flashing Red. I disconnected it and am trying to dig in to it now. I opened it up and it looks like some corrosion or a short happened on the card that in is the corner. Not sure what this card is or if it can be replaced. I took it out, cleaned it with some contact cleaner and reset it. When I turned it back on and tried the reset button it kept flashing red on the indicator and never turned on. Anyone ever have this issue or know what might be the issue?
