Is my lighting schedule too intense for my 10 gallon? Thanks!

Following I see you using ab+ style. I used for awhile changed to David saxby schedule, so far i like it
 
IMO, yes. I run 80% intensity of 60% blue spectrum and 25% white for the “peak” times. A few years ago I switched from 100% to 80% intensity because I kept getting algae outbreaks. Seems to work well for me.
If it’s an sps tank, you’re probably right but I’m only growing softies/lps/nems.

I do see that yours tapers off quickly-so you ramp to what you posted then how long before your lights taper down? It looks almost immediately

Yes I think that would be a little too intense
But then again corals are pretty good at adapting to whatever light you throw at them as long as you do it slowly .
Here is what my lighting schedule looks like and I’ve been pretty happy with keeping a mixed reef with it.
