ai prime issues

I recently purchased two ai prime..When i plugged them in to set them up the one immediately turned on with all three blues...After setting up the wifi and connecting both i can control both of them but the one keeps its 3 blues on 100% of the time..when turned off the blues remain on at 100%..they won't turn off???

Anyone have this problem or here of it before

I have he aqua illumination prime hd and have not had this issue have you clicked all off and they still stay on? Have you tried unplugging and plugging back in? Mayb delete the lights from the app and reset them up?

i did everything i possibly could..still same result the one light keeps the blues on at 100% all the time

It sounds like a possible firmware/hardware issue since the software interface seems to be fine. Have you done a firmware update? Have you called AI?

Call and or email AI. They have great customer service. Aside from updating the firmware which is a great suggestion have you pulled the power plug on the AI that's working and try logging in wirelessly to the AI that is not working properly and switch to manual settings to see if you can dial up or dial down your blues?
