AI Prime mount screw stripped...Help

One of the screws on my 2 month old AI Prime HD mount is stripped. I have been pretty gentle in tightening it. I have emailed customer service, but does anyone have any suggestions to loosen it up, I'd like to move the light .

Are the threads stripped or the head of the bolt?

Sorry the head of the bolt. The allen key that came with it just spins in it.

First things to try is put a rubber band over the end of the Allen wrench

Just to follow up. I emailed Aquaillumination yesterday to let them know about the issue. Heard back this morning, was asked if I wanted this one replaced or a flex mount. I asked for a replacement and I have the UPS tracking number already. Excellent customer service.
