I have a 32g biocube with one prime 16hd running this schedule with a sebae anemone on the bottom and a torch mid level. How high would you mount the lights

the higher the light the more the spread but then the par level also goes down so you want to balance it and then adjust the power settings on the AI accordingly also less light is less deadly to corals than more light so always start low and then ramp it up
