Ai prime not resetting

Hi everyone
just bought back a tank breakdown and it came with an ai prime . So I have tried to reset it but when I hold the button down the light stays green ? Could it be because the previous owner is still probably connected to it or something else ?

Unplug it, hold power and plug it in while continuing to hold power down! That's how I reset my hydra 32hd.
