I took down the 14g Biocube and put up a 29g biocube and I need a light for it. I have it set up in the bedroom right now and I am going to run it topless with a clamp on fixture. I have been looking at the Aquaillumination prime and the Kessil A160 and I figured I would ask for opinions. "If" I can keep the corals I have in my 75g alive and growing I may frag some into the smaller tank. I would also like to place a Anemone and a pair of clowns in there after I finish populating my 75g. If there is another light that I am not thinking about please let me know. I want something strong enough to keep an Anemone alive and be controllable but not spend a small fortune as this is a secondary tank. I have a Chinese led on there now that came with the 14g.

I have multiple primes on my tanks and love everything about them and I have had just about every led out there. Plus I have a anemone tank with one prime and it's been doing great for over a year since they released the prime. And my other nano I had clams with no problem besides lots of growth lol

If you are more interested in controllability I would go prime. If not then I would get the kessil. I have a 150 and I really enjoy it

AI Prime. No controller needed. Great light fixture. The ability of controlling and setting a light schedule on your phone makes it super nice.

I am very interested in control ability and noticed the kessil requires an additional controller to the tune of $100 and its wired which has me leaning towards the prime.

Here's a pic of my momma anemone which has gave me multiple babies and has loved the prime since day one

I love my Kessil 360WE's, but I do have mine through my Apex, so I can control them remotely. I've seen the Kessil controller in action and it's pretty slick, but yeah it is corded. I do not have any experience with the AI's but have always heard great things!

I saw the Nano Box and I like the looks and reviews of it but want to stay around the $200 price range.

Thanks! I am really happy with the light the more I mess with it. I like the control app on Android after 15 minutes of messing with it. I wish my aquatic life lights were this easy (and wireless). I hopefully wrasse proofed it too.

Have you tried messing with the kelvin settings? Those are great if you want great color and growth. Allows you to create that spectrum some love about metal halides

No I have been busy and have not had a chance to do much other than general maintenance on anything. Where are those settings in the app?
