Did anyone notice that AI changed its PAR and coverage spread chart since the originally released chart? My LFS pointed this out to me when I was inquiring about the lights for as they looked nice on a few frag tanks they had.

The original description had said there was a peak of 500uMol at 12" deep now it is only suggesting 260uMol at 12" deep. Does anyone know anything about this?

If that is the case, this would be terrible. I also thought these would have a 30 inch spread?

Not sure about the par chart but I do know my buddy tested my prime over my 10g nano and I was getting around 400 dead center and it only tapered down to 300 on the outsides. This was at sand bed.

At what distance from the surface was the prime and what depth was the meter?

The tank is 12" tall and I'll measure how high my AI bracket is set tonight for you.

I'm keeping Sps and they are loving it, in fact my setosa and milli's are growing with weekly visibility!

Yes all channels were at 100 but that's not where I run them. If you'd like I can screen shot my lighting graph so you can see how I ramp everything.

That would be awesome. Thanks!

Sorry I didn't get to post them last night I got busy acclimating a lung fish lol

Would you go 2 Hydra 26 or 3 primes?

Not really sure what this has to do with this discussion. Also the question is very vague as they is no way to answer that question without knowing the size of the tank and what your goals are as far as what corals you would like to keep.

What were you using for a par meter? Also any update to as how far the lights are from the surface of the water.

Sorry, I thought I mentioned it earlier. tank is 60 long x 18 wide x 14 deep

Mixed reef.

Sorry for having to do it this way but for some reason my screen shot isn't cooperating lol
