AI Prime schedule not working

I'm currently away on business so my wife is watching the tank. I have the app on my phone to control the lights. One night she asked me to turn on the blues so she could enjoy looking at the tank. I changed the Prime to manual mode for her. When I changed it back to "schedule mode" the lights don't come on, even though the app says they are on.

What's wrong with the lights /app?

Thanks for contacting AI. I was able to log into your account. It looks like the lunar phase was enable, and manual mode was also enabled. You would have wanted automatic to run the schedule. Also your lights were out due to the new moon. This has an effect when lunar phase is enabled. Please let me know if you are still having issues.

I'm glad they figured it out.

I had similar problems that popped up pretty frequently. Then, I had other glitches that would disconnect my lights from the WI-FI and cause them to be stuck in 100% on in every channel. A hard reset would fix the issues every time, but I ended up getting tired of having to closely watch the lights to make sure they weren't glitching. I eventually sold the units and went to a T5/LED hybrid and couldn't be happier.
