Ai prime schedule not working

So I tried asking on a different section and nobody had an answer so I’ll ask here; why do all of my intensities on my ai prime hd go down to 100 percent when trying to load or save a schedule? I’ll attach a pic as an example. The first pic is what it brought it down to and the second is my actual schedule.

Acclimation mode will lower your intensities until the acclimation period is finished.

So basically if I have it on acclimation it will lower my schedule when I save it? I’ll try right now to see if it works when I turn off acclimation

I just checked, it still lowers the intensity down to 100 even if acclimation mode is off. It’s almost like it turns off the hd feature whenever the schedule is saved. Do you have any more ideas?

If it only goes to 100% it kinda sounds like you might have a non HD version

Well it only brings my violets and UV down to exactly 100 when I save it for my presets. I have the 16hd so I have the hd. If you have the hd prime try it and see if it saves past 100

Yep. But once again it stays over 100 percent it’s just under 100 when I want to save that schedule so I can access it if I make a different one

Can you try creating a new schedule? Possibly when you select your original it re-engages the acclimation period? Only thing I can think of.

I tried and still didn’t work. Even if I try uploading schedules from online it screws it up if any of the Light frequencies are over 100

So are you placing the cursor over the established setting point, then hitting edit, then adjusting the desired intensities and clicking the check mark? Then it goes back to 100?

Have you tried using easy set up to see if it will allow settings over 100%?
