AI prime set up problems

I have an AI prime that was setup on my home network. I had to reset my router yesterday and I cannot get the light to reconnect. I have called AI support and reset the light. I follow the setup tutorial and hooked the light up on my network but I cannot get the app to connect to the light.

If you really cant get the app to connect to it try reinstalling the app. If it still doesn't work do a hard reset on the device running the app. I had a problem with a android phone once not being able to see my dash cam and I had to do a hard reset on the phone before it could see it again. Worth a try.

I may be wrong, but I remember having to connect the app to my Hydra 26 before I connected it to the home network. I looked for the Hydra Wifi and connected to that and then set up connecting to my network through the app. Again, it has been a while since I did it, so I could be wrong.

After about 4 hours and a few thrown items I finally got it working. Apparently the trick with android is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Thanks for the help. Now I just have to get the settings adjusted.
