Hey guys I recently purchased an AI Prime for my 32 biocube. It currently houses a GSP, Xenia, rainbow ACAN, and a Favia. I have noticed as I play with the light the more blue I put in the more the corals “pop”. Not sure if that is too bright for them so I changed back to a dimmer setting. Does anyone have a setting they like that makes their corals pop. I like the deep blue look but not sure if it’s good all the time. If anyone has a file they want to share or message me I would greatly appreciate it. TYIA.

Here is my current settings. These are on ai 26hd which is pretty much same thing with 2 pucks instead of the 1.

I use the Saxby with some slight adjustments but have acclimation set to 40% and kinda keep it there and everything seems happy.

Sorry just saw this, they are called Respiration and it gives the corals a chance to rest and sort of simulate cloud cover. That’s the theory anyway. Corals are growing, color is good and no hair algae in sight so if it ain’t broke...

I run my light for 8 hours and here are my settings. it only changes from 4:30Pm -830Pm my CW is at 20 and my Blue is at 80 just like the RB. I noticed this really makes the coral open up. at 8:30 - 12:30AM my Cool Whites are at 5 and I drop the blue to 50 my ramp is only 30 minutes. My lights run from 4:30 to 12:30 no use in them being on for a long time while im at work and cant look at them lol.

With my settings there really is no need for the greens and reds. The only reason I run them is because I spent 1200 bucks for 2 lights and I want to utilize them I like to feel like I am getting my money worth :)
