Ai Prime Sol Enought For SPS?

i have a 12” Cube and im wonder if a Ai Prime is enought for this tank with SPS.

Why is simple. With your size tank they put out sufficient light to grow most all sps which I grew in a 20 gallon water box aio years ago myself when I had multiple tanks set up at the time . But it’s ultimately your decision. Go to a store that runs them plus other lights and see how you like them . My opinion is for your size tank they will be sufficient. But you have to feel warm and fuzzy

Your tank is even smaller, so should be plenty of light. But keeping parameters stable will be more important in that tank.

Thank you Coral B . I really like the Old School Looking like the HQI + T5 looking and rhe AI sol for me have that look … i was just worrying about the light …

1 Staghorn acropora in the back
Some suharsonoy
Lokani
Red planet

Some of those .. no many like 5 or 6 o ly and let them grown in those 2 little island in the tank . Really simple and clean as possible .

I do not know anything about the sol.
I do grow acros with the 16hd's and they are quite good at growing sps.
2 16hds in my 18" nano cube and 3 in my 45 frag system.

Thats is so nice to hear! The difference between sol and HD are the green and red leds that dont have there .. instead have more cold white blue and deep blue . But those orher colors have inthe white spectrum

Yes, the SOL only has the white and blue LEDs.
I got a very good deal for the SOL and I thought it would be good enough to use over my frag tank.
But I like my regular Prime 16HDs in all aspects, except for the higher price tag.

im going to Hydra 32 hd for my 7 Gallon little tank xD .. is over kill yes.. but hehehe know!
