Ai prime status might not turning on

Setup my ai primes today that I got unused from someone on EBAY. One is working no problem. On the other, there is no status lighting turning on at the top. The power brick has the green light on which means it should be receiving power. Is it broken?

Try switching the power controller from the one that works. Are you sure they were unused? I would talk to the Seller to see if they had checked the lights prior to selling. You can also contact AI & see what they have to say about whats wrong, if their still under warranty they might fix it, just don't tell them you got them on ebay unless the seller is a certified AI seller.

I tried that. I assumed he did not use it except he did right 1 on the back of one and 2 on the back of the other. I will contact the guy first. I got it a few months back but have not used them because my tank was not ready yet so hopefully he does not try to pull a fast one on me

Yep, Why mark them if unused. That raises a red flag. Having them a cpl months might not help with Ebay but you can still try AI.
