Ai prime wifi broken

My ai prime is stuck on one mode and the WiFi on it isn’t working anyone know where I can buy one ai prime won’t fix it

What color is the ai on top. Green means it’s connected. Teal means it’s trying to connect. White means it’s busted. I forgot what red means but I can look at my book later if you have a red light.

Move the lights closer together and closer to your wifi router until they finish updating/reconfiguring. I've had a.i. lights start those steps, but not be able to finish them because their own reciever wasn't strong enough to get an uninterrupted signal.

Hold down reset for a full minute then unplug. Plug in again and hold down reset for a minute again and try to re-configure light.
I Believe also that AI has a troubleshoot step guide on-line as well as You tube
