Ai prime wont work

I just got wifi today and I hooked my ai prime up to it. When I try and connect it says it cant be found. I decided to factory reset now it's just flashing cyan and wont do anything I cant find its local network or connect via app. What should I do?

Now its blinking red after attempting another reset

Got it figured out... kept flashing red I unplugged it then held the button and plugged it back in
