Ai prime16 hd troubleshooting

Hello guys I just notice my red led is not coming on…on my ai prime 16 hd..would this effect corals? I have 3 ai primes hd on tank…the other two primes red led are working fine

A lot of people say the red led is not that important it promotes algae growth more then anything.

I also have a si prime and never use red
