Ai primes not in sync

I recently upgraded my tank and got a new ai prime to pair with the one i had on my smaller tank and i set them up together on the same schedule but they dont seem to be on at the same times i have the moon phases on and the old one will be completely off while the newer one is still on has anyone experienced this before? Should i replace the old one or is it the new one that is the problem?

I seem to remember this happened with mine. I think I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled. Been ok since, apart from the lenses

Edit - the power supplies didn’t last long either, but the equivalent ones from Amazon are cheap.

Try switching to the Mobius app at some point (I think you'll like it better).

My newer ai prime does not go off either, even using the mobius app

I realized I never deleted the prime from the ai app. Will try that for tonight and see if the moonlight goes off to update the OP.
