Ai primes wont factory reset

Hey guys I have 3 ai primes from my previous reef tank.. Im setting up a new 10 gal reef and I was testing my ai primes and all of them are flashing green/blue. I’ve tried factory resetting but It hasnt worked on any of the 3 lights. Has anyone had this problem and how did u resolve the problem? Thanks guys.

Blinkning green/blue would mean that the lights aren't configured such as after a factory reset.

I can’t connect, says firmware timed out.

Honestly I have no idea. I have never seen that. Maybe contact AI?

You have bluetooth and location on,on your phone, before opening the app?

Look up "firmware timed out AI Prime" online. There are instructions for the reset
