Good afternoon R2R

I'm having trouble connecting a brand new AI Prime HydraHD52. Tech support for AI has been a little less than helpful, so I'm hoping that I can get some help from fellow Reefers! (Also, just had to cancel my MACNA trip due to the hurricane, so my chance to talk directly to a vendor just got blown away).

Rather than try to describe what's going on, I'm going to attach a series of photos. But the BLUF is that my light isn't connecting to the internet after initial set-up. During the set-up phase, it tells me (via the solid green light) that it's connected to the internet, but then I get a "can't connect" message on the app. AI is telling me to enable IGMP Snooping and multi cast routing, but Verizon Fios tech support says that's not available with their devices.

Has anyone else encountered this? Anyone else able to help? The light is brand new, so it's not a hardware issue.

And here's another one of the error message I get when I input the IP Address....

And I've now tried this set up about ten times with various resets, turning off the 5GHZ version of my WiFi, etc.

Been a while since I configured my lights but I can try to help. Where is the router in relation to the light?
The lights have a pretty weak connection. Mine show 2-3 bars and the router is in the same room. They sometimes time out (loose connection) when I'm in the room controlling them. Did you try moving it closer to the router?
