My tank is new . What few frags I do have have been under t5 lighting. I'm keeping the frags on the bottom right now for acclimation purposes. If anyone is using these lights please share your settings with me. I have heard many horror stories about bleaching. I wish to use settings that are low and work my way up.

Honestly it is hard to say because it will vary from coral to coral and tank to tank. I will help as much as I can though. :)

What are the dimensions of the tank and what type of corals do you have?

75 g lights are sideways. With lights 12.5" off water. I got some softies , monti plate. Green star polyp . Purple monti polyp , birdnest, and a Duncan will go in as soon as fragged. The setting I got today is pretty good. Pleasant amount of white not too much blue.

With the lights that far off the water, I kinda doubt that you could bleach any of the corals with t5 lights...but hopefully somebody more knowledgable can help more.

The settings I am using right now are kicking butt. LEDS all the way. My highest setting is 55 % right now. I may work up to 60% in a couple of weeks.
