AI Sols and Apex VDM

Just got 3 AI Sol blue with the Apex controller and VDM and I can't make it work. Everything is connected but I am not getting any response from the lights. Not even sure where to start troubleshooting.

I copied programs from others... reset again and again... There is no response. Lights have been at 100% for 10 hours today and I have been googling with no luck. Any suggestions?

Did you program some profiles?

As an example,

Blue string on vdm, then the various ramp profiles. The outlets are virtual outlets which turn on at various times throughout the day d.o.w.

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Outlet Daytime = ON Then BlueON
If Outlet Storm = ON Then BlueWth
If Outlet Morning = ON Then BlueUP
If Outlet Evening = ON Then BlueDN
If Outlet Display = ON Then BlueDsp

I did try all different profiles. tried manual on/auto, etc...

Is there a lag time or is it instant. I played with the clocks... for example, I just set a ramp down to start at 11:05. Nothing is happening.

I don't have any lag.

Have you tried unplugging the power and control cable. Let sit for a few, then plugin power and then control cable?

I accidentally disconnected the control cable between the sols once, and that's what I did to reset. Otherwise they behaved sporadically.

Also check firmware on vdm. I have sw rev 9 running.
