I'm interested in what you come up with. I'm putting 5 over my tank - replacing 4 Kessil 360 and 2 Ecoxotic Cannons. I've been running the Kessil at 50% with a 60/40 blue/white mix. Have had the Cannons running at 30% on and off. Just think they were too powerful for a 24" deep tank. The Kessils are approximately 10" above the water and the Cannons are 18" above the water. I also have 2 48" Build My Led actinic strips that will remain with the Vega Colors.I have Vegas and I am to looking for some info on them, waiting to get my hands on a par meter so I can dial them in I'll post my results when I get some readings

Par without the Cannons ranged from about 150 at the sand to 280 a few inches below the surface. With the Cannons you can double those numbers at 50% intensity. However the par readings were spotty. The spread was very irregular. I'm hoping the Vegas with 5 acres the top of a 66" x 28" tank will provide more even coverage. Here's a very recent FTS. The Cannons were not on for this pic.
