AIO FLUVAL 32.5 gallons

2 Fish a dotty and a pj. Some snails and a hermit crab. FRAGS candy cane, a duncan, pulsing Z, Gsp and and a few others. There is one wave pump and a heater connected to an inkbird controller. How can I make the tank better?
