AIO frag tank

I have this tank being shipped, it's 20"×20"×8.
Can some one tell me all the equipment I need.
The pump size, return nozzle . It will have SPS frags. Already have light.
Nd where to get them.

Of the compartments in back. I don't know till it gets here. The builder recommend a MJ 400. I would like to only use the return flow flow instead of a powerhead. The tank is for frag swaps only.

I would recommend the sicce pumps for the rear. Also putting in powerheds would increase pe for your frag swaps. Jebao is cheap and it works
