AIO help r and j tank

I purchased a used aio r and j 50 gallon tank i have used a canister filter in the past with it. I cannot seem to find any return plumbing or nozzels to work with this tank the hole is smaller then normal. How should it be setup has 2 outside chambers where water flows in then goes over and under the filter to next chamber and then the pump is in the middle. I would really like to get this setup the best possible way any help would be greatly appreciated. Tank and what comes with it pictured below. anyone have this tank?

You'll have to post some images of the AIO sump. The white tube will connect to the return pump, and there should be a hole for it to exit through into the main display. I can't tell what's in the plastic bag.
