AIO problem

The problem with AIO tanks...what's the best way to get a fish that escapes to the tiny sump in the back and you cant reach it? I'm guessing he slipped through the overflow grates...suggestions?

I had the same thing happen with a 3/8 inch long candy cane shrimp that’s in quarantine right now. Ended up making a small net out of a wire coat hanger and some pantyhose. He was in the return chamber of an IM 10g. Now he’s in a hang on side acclimatization tub that’s in the display portion.

Oh, it took almost a week to catch him to move him. Timing was everything.
