AIO sump design Help.

Can anyone help with the affect of Baffle heights in AIO?

I am in the final stages of getting a design together and could do with some help.

I would like to get my Tunze 9004 in chamber 2 or 3. However, will the water level stay consistent?

If not, then I will place the skimmer in chamber 1 or 4.

Any help with how heights / designs of baffles affect water height will be a great help.
