I know this is a reef forum, and my reef isn’t going anywhere, but wanted to get opinions on using an AIO tank for a FOWLR setup.
Had a 90g that I sold a year ago (no sump, used canister fx4) and couldn’t keep up with the nutrient export, even after adding a HOB filter. FOWLR tanks tend to be have messier, more aggressive fish that are fed more often.
But I like the clean look of the more modern stands, and would really like something in white to match the rest of the furniture in the room. I love my Reefer (for my reef) but it’s too much for what I plan to do with it.
What about AIO systems? Is there one out there that can keep up with the high nutrient demands of a fish only tank?
