Aipstasia??

As I was cleaning my tank today, I noticed this. Is this aipstasia and if it is how do I get rid of it.

Yep, it is. Search R2R for recommendations. I like Aiptasia X for a chemical solution.

Good luck, it will most probably be a time consuming battle and what works for some reefers doesn't necessarily work for others. For example, some add peppermint shrimp for a biological control and report good results and others believe all the shrimp do is bother their corals.
